Walt Disney World, Orlando, FL
3 night cruise Disney Dream
March
Review by: Jeff, Julie, Austin & Hadley ~ Shoreview, MN

The following is a post trip survey completed by the travelers.  Rating scale is 1-5, with 5 being the BEST.

Dates: March 16 - 24, 2013

Room Size: 5 - Coronado, what we expected

5 - Dream, bigger than expected based on previous experience

Amenities: 5 - Coronado, large dressing/bath area

5 - Dream, separate shower/toilet rooms were great, verandah was awesome

Service: 5 - Coronado, definitely check in online prior to arrival if possible (easy process), staff/cast was so nice & helpful, guest laundry was very adequate (number of machines/cost)

5 - Dream, online check in recommended as above, service was wonderful

Restaurants: 5 - Coronado, purchased dining plan which was helpful, recommend making reservations online months in advance if possible

5 - Dream, different restaurant each night, lots of choices for casual dining as well, daughter loved that ice cream was "free" and available all day :-)

Pool/common areas: 5 - Coronado, beautiful common areas inside & out

5 - Dream, very nice & clean, long tube slide onboard, each dining room was very distinctly decorated

Entertainment: 5 - Coronado & Dream, Disney has this down!

Location: 5 - Coronado, close to Hollywood Studios & Animal Kingdom, bus stop pretty close to room

5 - Dream, close to kids' programming & dining, next time would probably look for a room a little closer to an elevator/stairs (we were about halfway between)

Over-all: 5 - Awesome trip!!!  Disney definitely knows how to make guests feel special.  Magical Express transfers were easy to navigate.

Tours: Nassau semi-submarine adventure booked through Disney Cruise Line but operated independently - just ok, bottom level of boat was clear so guests could sit on jump seats & view fish, windows were not all that clean so pictures weren't very good, nice tour guide on the way to semi-sub & onboard.

What is what thing you would recommend to others traveling to this destination?: Disney World - Animal Kingdom, especially Kilimanjaro Safari.   Disney Dream -
Programs for the kids (our experience was with Edge tween & Oceaneer kids' programs)

Trip Overall: Big 5!  Park lines were shorter than expected, rarely waited long for buses, staff was always smiling & friendly.  Cruise was excellent, although another day or two would have been fun (but expensive!)
