Hotel Accomodations Rating and Comments: (scale 1 - 5, 5 being the best)
Room Size: 3 - smaller than expected
Room Amenities: 3 - we booked an ocean view w/king bed
but got 2 doubles
Hotel Service: 4 - staff was very friendly & attentive
Hotel Restuarant: 5 - food was excellent - all restaurants plus room service was top notch
Hotel Amenities: 2 - lobby & pool needed updating
Hotel Entertainment: 3 - poolside games were not over the top
Hotel Location: 3 - quieter end of the strip
Over-all satisfaction with the hotel: 4 -The trip was great but the hotel should no longer
be a 5 star property. It has aged quite a bit since I was last there.

"Your service was a 5, we will call you again and Cancun was a 5 as well (the beach and the city) however I wish our
accomodations were better. I think I would try Le Meridian, Aqua Fiesta Americana, JW Marriott or a true 5 star next
time."
