Hotel Accomodations Rating and Comments: (scale 1 - 5, 5 being the best)

Size of the room: 5 - Our room was Awesome!! Very clean, huge jacuzzi, modern bathroom, very beautiful!

Room Amenities: 5 - It was always stocked with drinks – lots of water!

Service: 5 - The staff was awesome, super nice

Restaurants: 4 - We didn’t like the food at all of the restaurants. I wished they were all a la carte.

Amenities (pool, common areas): 5 - Wonderful – the pools were great!

Entertainment: 4 - The shows were pretty fun

Hotel Location: 5 - It was pretty close to the airport

Over-all Satisfaction: 5 - We had a great time!!

How did you find out about their tours? Guest services at the resort

Where did you go and what did you do? We took a bus into the city of Puerto Vallarta. We walked around for a little while, went to a family owned jewelry store, a family owned tequila factory and then we shopped in the market area on our own.

Would you recommend this tour company/tour to others? Yes, it was fun. However, bring a snack!
