Tours: Unplugged, Wicklow Mountains, excellent

Trip Overall: 4, we had ticket problems both ways.  Delta could not print out a boarding pass for one of us.  Departing, we had to stand a the counter 1 1/2 hours while they tried to correct the situation.  On the return trip, the same thing happened, but it took a much shorter time to correct the problem.
